The story is the same as much you read here. The company sent the starter product.... it was defective. Before I was sent a replacement of the defective part,I was charged $99 for replacement cartridges that were mailed. After the reviews that I read here ... most people that fell for this scam seem to be in the same boat. I am calling my bank and formulating a strategy to prevent these thieves from getting any more of my money.

- Uh,oh... Wish I had seen this site before I got involved with E-cigs. However, I did get my "starter kit" on time and in good working order. I'll have to have my bank keep a close eye on my accounts. I'm purposely keeping my account balance low so it can't be "over-charged" for the $29.99 for the next delivery of "Filters" that I was required to buy in exchange for the low starter kit price. Thanks for the heads-up!
