Walked into Walmart on Georgesville Rd. Columbus, OH @ 6:58pm. Customer Service Rep Jill Took 2minutes with a customer. She has excellent customer service. 2 reps at first one is at register. Then @ 7:10pm Heather came to register. I was next in line. They wouldnt cash the check. Heather gave me a reciept that has a clergy number on it which is 866-278-5478. I called that number and talked to Jem @ 7:13pm, was told that the check is approved to be cashed. Got off phone @ 7:20pm. Checked out @ 7:45pm with Alesia. Everyone was polite, respectful, and curtious. I walked into Check Cashers @ 1397 W. Mound St. Columbus, OH, they wouldnt cash the check either.
