Worldwide marketing solutions have fraudulently used my card details to take unauthorized payments.

I paid a sum of £120 for the trial of online facebook advertisement on the phone which was a one off payment by debit card. This should actually of cost £100 because the telephone operator didn't mention VAT on the first phone call conversation so that the customer service for worldwide marketing promised me a refund of £20 but I didn't received it in the end. I asked for a full refund for my first payment on the phone and email because their service was awful. This was promised on the first phone call. I couldn't even see or check my online advertisement on facebook. It didn't exist. They sent me impression report after the trial but they can just make it up because I couldn't check the impressions myself during the campaign.(I need to contact some victims to get the impression reports to compare the impression numbers because they may be just using same numbers) I didn't receive receipts and any information about their service. And then while I was asking about the full refund and cancellation, worldwide marketing took my money from my bank account without phone call or permission a futher £120. They promised me that they will call me again to take my card detail again for the new payment if I am happy to continue the campaign with them after the trial but they didn't do it. I didn't receive or sign any contract with them because it was only one off payment for the trial and agreed on the phone. I have never signed up online. This is a scam and need to be investigated properly because I realized that so many other people are having exactly the same problems with them. This clearly shows they established their dirty scam method to take business start up's money fraudulently. I will investigate them with professional people and take them to the court if they don't give my money back.
