Notes:
1. Visa reversed the last transaction, withdrawal of AUD 94.64 dated 18JAN2012 (Line 2) as indicated by the uppermost entry (Line 1) in the above Suncorp Bank Statement of my Personal Account.

2. I became aware of the three earlier 'Unauthorised Transactions' (Lines 3,4 & 5) during documentary preparations for my Income Tax Return for Fiscal Yr/01JUL2011-30JUN2012.

3. Subsequent to discovering the single 'Unauthorised Transaction' I approached Suncorp Bank and submitted a complaint which resulted in reversal of that transaction on 01FEB2012. On advice from the bank, I cancelled the Visa Card due to inactivity and a second Debit Card was attached to my Personal Debit Account. This card has a zero balance and is intended to be utilized only for on-line purchases by depositing sufficient funds to cover the invoice.

4. Via correspondence dated 04SEP2012, Suncorp Bank indicated that this matter was unable to be disputed further due to the age of the three earlier transactions as Visa operate under strict dispute timeframes and recommending that I contact the Merchant directly to resolve this matter - Hence: This Complaint.
