Ten Months ago, while inspecting my wireless acc't. online I discovered that there are rate plan changes that apparently very few people know of......I was paying $80/mo. for three phones w/ 1400 minutes.....I was supposed to be paying $64/mo......Eight months ago I reduced my plan to two phones w/ 700 minutes : I'm supposed to be paying $48/mo......I'm paying $60. Every single rep I've "asked", about the difference, declares that the "National Plan Discount" changes the plan "rate"......I believe that's a lie, because NONE of my bills show that the "discount" has been applied BEFORE all the taxes, tariffs & fees have been added up. I also discovered PROOF of another embezzlement technique I have suspected : I have printed record of an incoming call from my own phone - as it happens, I also answered that call to hear a lot of noise such as you might get from an busy phone co. office. I also have record of an incoming call to my second phone from its' own number : phone company computers are dialing numbers randomly or sequentialy, initiating the calls from other customers (randomly or sequentialy). Two weeks ago, I thought I might investigate the usefullness of having Internet on my phone, and so requested a "data plan"; but when, after becoming totally dissatisfied with the performance of the system,and I requested disconnection from the "plan", I was told that I "....had to have a "data plan" because I had a "Smart-Phone". For your proof and evidence in addition to what I possess only on paper (didn't think about files) just access any AT&T account.
