This man posted an add to Craigslist under phone number: 256.459.8068 as a Pediatrician who was out of town which is why he could not meet with me in person. He tried to get me to send him $500.00 via moneygram then he would expedite the keys and lease agreement via DHL or Fedex. After doing some research, I found out a local realty company who manages this home states that they have this home on open market for 2,295.00/month and in no way is the information this Britt Simmons gave me is correct.
Please see to it that this ad description does not find itself to the hands of an unsuspecting and vulnerable unassuming victim.
