I received this link from a PTC website and they have instructions about downloading a .txt file to make sure your a "Human" and not a bot. To download said .txt you have to do a survey which I have done time and time again and but it keeps saying I haven't done said survey. I try to request payment and the button to request payout doesn't do anything.
