There was a 30 debit in my account from this company who said I applied for a loan and approved this. I did not apply for a loan nor did I get a loan. I called several times and spoke to several different "customer service" agents all who barely spoke English and did nothing for me. I was promised a refund by one when I didn't get it I called back and spoke with someone who said they would talk to the supervisor and I would be handled as a priority and get a call back within the hour. That was last week. I am filing a complaint with my bank today to get the money back.
