Charge from this company showed up as a pre-authorization on my Visa statement. It looked suspicious to me at that time, so I had to report my card as stolen. Had to pay $5 for a new card along with the trouble of changing monthly payment information for other vendors. I was aware I was unable to dispute the charge until it actually became a completed transaction. The next statement showed the transaction as being complete. I called the 1-800-505 3795 number listed for Terneckhelp on 8/17/2011 & finally got a hold of an agent after waiting 15 minutes. The agent was polite & helpful & said the transaction was for some health and/or beauty products. I informed him I haven't ordered any such products & he assured me a refund would be applied to my account. A confirmation email was supposed to arrive showing that the credit process had been started. As of 8/23/2011 there had been no credit applied & no email received. I called the 1-800 number again & finally got to speak with an agent who was less polite or helpful, who didn't take any information from me other than my email address & the last four digits of my card. Again I was to receive a confirmation email that a refund was in the works. It is now 8/28/2011 and still NOTHING from this company. The advise from my credit card company is that I will have to report my card as stolen AGAIN (which will cost me another $5 plus all the time to make changes on other bill payments) & go through with filing a formal dispute through VISA which could take 60-90 days & I will have to prove the charges were unauthorized
