This company took my money for a 6-month subscription and then its website acts as if I need to get a subscription to send emails, to even get contact info, and now I realize I am being scammed by this company that others have recommended, probably because they have just heard about it withouth knowing the nature of this scam. I wonder what country this operation is housed in. England: origin or other scam companies or E. Europe/Russia which are so full of scammers, or is it a company being allowed to run a scam operation in the U.S.? Any company whose billing and website do not work in synch is a big red flag for a SCAM. It appears, unless there is a technical glitch with match.com-and I have emailed them twice to their 'custome service' with no reply at all--that this is a renegade operation others should avoid like the plague. I will leave any other pertinent info with the private section of this scambook complainte process. I want compensation for lost time and stress in dealing with something that no consumer should have to deal with. When a co. advertises services on the internet, they better darn well be functioning or the compnay needs to be tagged or knocked off the public internet as a scam.
