I wish to report bad business practice that this company is using. They are www.SlimTonePlus.com; their email [email protected]

If you look at their website they are offering a FREE trial pack of slimming product and only postage will be charged. Nowhere on that web page there is a mention of what the product itself costs. One finds that out when one receives the trial pack. In their brochure under Offer Terms one will find out that by receiving this Trial Pack one has agreed to these terms and conditions!

It says and I quote:
"By placing your order you have agreed to be sent a 30 day supply of SlimTonePlus and just to pay the post and packaging costs at the time of ordering. If you feel SlimTonePlus is not for you cancel withing 14 days from your original order date to avoid the purchase fee of £37.50 per item and enrolement in the autoshipment programme."

I did cancel straight away, following their instructions, but have received no acknowledgement from them of any kind. I wrote twice to no awail. In the meantime a charge was made to my credit card for 3 lots; 3 x £37.50!!!! I read other blogs and can see that I am not the only one who is having problems with this company. I am willing to return the Trial Pack if only this company would let me have their address. I also rang the number given only to find out one is listening to a recording and there is no real person to talk to.
