I checked my husband's Chase account and saw that zeal money solutions had debited his account for $29.95. Neither he nor I had ever heard of this company, so we had no idea why they would debit his account.
I immediately started doing research my going to the company's website and the website is a crock of sh*t. Every time you click on something you go nowhere. I immediately called the bank even though it was 2o'clock in the morning and started a dispute. I was told that I have to call back during regular business hours, so I will definently be on the phones tomorrow.
I advise everyone to document everything when you deal with zealmoneysolutions.com and with your bank.
I am also going to contact the BBB, file a complaint with the Tx Attorney General and possibly considering all the other people this has happened to file a class action lawsuit against them.
