This airline has poor service, they hang up on you when you call customer service. When checking in to fly from Istanbul to Chicago they told me I had a zero baggage allowance and could not check in my bag. Wouldn't even let me pay for it and said I'd have to leave it there. My flight was over 8 hours long and only a small snack was given (bag of pretzels).
