my account has been charged $30 for a application that i never applied for.I called the company to complain about these charges i was told to verify the information and i would be refunded my $30. I was not happy so i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to hold because she was currently on another call needless to say the rep came back to say his supervisor was very busy and if i didnt have any other questions goodbye and HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! are you kidding me.NOW I MUST DEAL WITH NSF FEES I HOPE MY BANK CAN REVERSE THE CHARGES....
