money order was sent out on Aug 09/12, Aug 10 I recieved a call from their collections department claiming they had not recieved payment yet so I had a trace put on the money order ( the trace took a week) and found out they had recieved my payment and processed the money order on Aug 10. I faxed this information to the company yet they still refuse to admit they recieved it and are demanding I send another payment for Aug or they will reposses my truck. Calls to the company only result in them being VERY rude and refusing to accept any responsibility for the "lost" records of my payment. There are thousands of complaints online, very similar to mine about the same company.
