I own a 1999 Freightliner that I had contracted to National Transport/G&A Trucking in Charlotte NC. While my truck was contracted to them I had a written contract with a driver that ran the truck for me. I only received one paycheck the entire time that my truck has worked for this company. The driver was terminated by the agent at National Transport. The truck did sit for about a month at the company yard but I was still being charged for insurance, escrow, and tags that the truck was not using. The agent hired another driver to drive the truck, without my approval of him , or any signed documents thru me. The truck was still running up until the middle of September and i still have not drawed any check from them.
