Bottom Line - They called my 83 year old Mother- asked her a lot of yes or no questions, talked so fast that you could hardly understand them, convinced her to give them her bank account number and totally confused her. I have listened to the recording of the transaction several times and it is clear that my Mother did not understand what she was doing and that she was totally confused. Elder abuse is unacceptable and a crime in any state, and I will continue to fight these people to STOP harassing and fast talking our seniors. I am currently attempting to get a refund, however these people are still calling my Mom. Next step is a call to my lawyer.
