Hydra Fund deposited $250.00 into my checking account on 9/14/2012. I check my account on a daily basis when I discovered this deposit. I am not familiar with this company so I called the number provided and asked why this transaction occurred. The representative advised that if I went to their website for any reason they automatically deposit funds in my account. I am quite concerned as I don't recall going to this website. I am very disturbed as to how they obtained my personal information and who they may have shared this information with. This could have caused major damage to my finances as I am on a limited income and if they had withdrawn any funds from my account without my knowledge it could have been irreversible not to mention any fees they charge. This needs to be addressed so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I originally stated the deposit occurred on 9/14/2012. It was deposited on 8/30/2012. My apologies on the date of deposit. A refund was made on 9/4/2012.
