I lodged a child support application with IRD ten months ago against my ex. I have recieved not a cent since. I gave IRD all the contact details of the person who works and live in Brisbane. IRD wouldn't tell me why they are not able to collect the money citing privacy laws. I think IRD is selective when it comes to collecting dues depending on the nature of the person.
