This company contacted me by phone and said that i owe the company mypaydayloan 1600.00.I asked final cases division for a letter of debt validation, they told me they would'nt even talk to me unless I gave them personal information about myself that they demanded.They said if I did'nt provide the information they would not send a letter of debt validation, but would send me a subpoena.I then emailed mypaydayloan.com and told them about the collection action.They emailed me back and said they had no information in thier system about me.Mypaydayloan then asked that I contact the company"final cases division" to see if they had the correct person. I told final cases division this and they still refused to send me a debt validation letter. This company sent me a letter saying they would take legal action against me if I did'nt pay them the requested amount of 1600.00. I told final cases division I did not owe the debt and they insisted on taking legal action against me.

- I as well was called by Crystal Evans and Michelle Black from Final Cases on a false claim. They are nothing more than a scam. Becareful.
