This company contacted me and offered to obtain a loan modification on my home loan. They told me with their "contacts" at my mortgage company that they could easily get me a 2% loan (from the current 5.875% that I have) The contract was signed and they took a total of 2,250 from my checking account.
To make a long story short, they took my money and did absolutely nothing in return. They never contacted either my first loan company or my 2nd loan company. Their phones have been shut off and their web page is gone. I had taken their advice to allow my mortgage to become delinquent and now I am facing foreclosure because of them.

Update: 07/05/2013

Actually I am seeking resolution of $2,250 from this company. Should get more as I had to go through all the stress of foreclosure. The internet states I do not want resolution $
