The first time I paid money toward this so called winnings was 12/28/2011, and it has continued steadily since then. Now when everything supposedly is paid for they are requesting another $1000 for a State to State Tax that somewhere in that $100,000 has already been paid for. I am 74 years old, Social Security is my only income and it pays my bills. I have already sold and pawned everything I have in order to meet their requests. My life savings are gone.
