The main man, Peter, accepted all of my memorabilia on consignment. It was posted on his website. When it was marked as "sold", I expected a check. After a few weeks, I emailed. I got"out of the office" responses to most of my emails. When he did respond, he said that the item hadn't sold yet.

I explained that the item was marked sold on his website. He said that he would fix it. A few days later, the item was listed, but this time is was not marked sold. So, I had my brother-in-law call from a different area code. He asked to buy the item. Peter told him it was sold. Again, it was not marked as "sold" on the website.

I called and emailed to complain. After several more weeks, Peter annouced that the item was sold, and that I would be paid within a month. A month later, and constant emails and phone calls, with a lot of "out of office" replies, the check was not here. It took about four months to get paid from the time the item was marked "sold".

When the check arrived, there were a couple of extra fees deducted, like a $9 "check fee". This was never discussed and was not listed on his "terms and conditions."

This has been over a year, and he still has some of my stuff. Last week, I sent an email that said, "Since you haven't paid me, the items must not have sold. Send them back." I still haven't recieve a reply.

I don't think that I was dealing with an honest guy. I do not recommend that you trust this company with your treasures.
