Gelie Chen and Ricky cheated! Took money without sending out of goods. Keep telling me different kind of excuses for more than 1 month. And i realise they don't intend to fulfil the transaction at all. Landline phones cut off, mobile numbers changed. Office line called with nobody picking up. Msn blocked me after i keep asking for refund. Definitly a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Hello Mr. Matthew,
I saw your complaint about Global Profit International Ltd (Gelie Chen).I want to ask what happened? I am working with this company and Gelie for 5 months so far and everything is ok (I am buying phones/ipads from them). But after I saw your and several others complaints I got very scared. Can you please share more information with me, what kind of goods it was and how much money did you lose? I will be very thankful, it can safe me in the future.

I have been working with them for over 1 year and 1 fine day they decide to drag my goods and come up with all different kind of excuses for delaying. I dont think i will ever get the goods or money back as they have totally shut off connection with them to me. last i heard was threatening me to send me a lawyer letter for posting a complaint here. it goes to show how sincere they are to solve this problem and save their reputation. when a company do not care about reputation, there will no longer be trust in business deals as we are the ones who send money first for them to ship. I lost about $5000 but its a lesson paid by me to all others as a warning to this scam company. Yes these are all iphones and ipads and most of the time, 20% of the goods are faulty and will need to be repair again at your side. it will be too costly to send back and fro to them for repair. -
