Gerald D Moushey owner of Ocean Services, e mail [email protected], a film director took pictures of 10 smart cars (parts cars)G&K in santa ana actually owned the cars, Jerry advertised the sale on smartcar of america forum , i called and we worked out the deal over a few weeks ,i wired the $11,400 on june 25 2012, He never owned the cars, i found out 2 days after i sent the money by wire transfer, so far i have reported the transaction to the local police and nothing happening in over 2 months, What can i do to get the money back? - I got $6000 back from jerry,just enough so he would not face wire fraud, I tried to remove his information from scam book and nothing happened ,its still on here! He still owes me $5400.
