I purchased a trial of this product and thought it was only about $7.00 (somewhere around that amount). I noticed that they charged my account $84.78 and when I called their phone number (on my bank statement) the recording said I could cancel my membership if I pressed 1. I didn't do that on my first call and choose instead to talk to customer service for a refund. I was on hold for at least 1/2 hour. I hung up and called again to cancel the membership which I did. The 3rd call told me my membership was cancelled so again I tried to talk with cust. servc. and the recording said their office was now closed. I'll try again tomorrow but after reading the complaint of another person, doesn't sound like they will refund the money. This is supposed to be a money back guarantee.
