I was induced to open a non-resident bank account in China.
All transactions were conducted bank to bank with people idenfied to me as bank employees. Transfers of funds were made Bank (bank of America) to Bank (Citic) by swift only and to an account identified by my name and an account number given by CITIC. The account appears to be missing
