I placed an order and paid for the purchase on Aug 30. I received no advice/tracking number regarding delivery.

I received the package on Sept. 13. It arrived in an envelope and when I opened the envelope, the dress was packed inside a cellophane bag - no tags, no labels.

I was shocked to find a bright red dress, poorly sewn sleeves - the sleeves are larger than the armhole so it puckers at the shoulder. The side seams are also crooked/slanted. They used a hard, stiff lining between the outer dress and the lining - a middle layer which is rather thick. This affects the fitting. The stitching is incomplete in that there are bits of thread hanging out all over the place. The assembly of the dress was obviously done by inexperienced persons and overall quality of sewing + fabric is nothing like the photos shown on their site. I wrote to them immediately with photos showing the horrendous workmanship but they keep insisting that the dress is beautiful and made to my specs. I reported it to PayPal and have opened a dispute and then they responded offering me US5! They just added insult to injury. After further communication from me telling them that I've discovered many complaints online about them, they have now offered me US$10!!! I will pursue this and want as many people as possible to know that this is a scam organisation. Overpriced, shockingly poor quality material + workmanship + poor customer service.
