This the second time this UNAUTHORIZED charge has been on my account from STUBLTD.COM. The first UNAUTHORIZED charge was on 8/09/2011....so, I called them, complained about it, and requested a refund. The Representative said that they have cancelled whatever membership they had for me and were going to send me an email of the confirming cancel transaction as well as an email confirming the refund. Well, 18 days later, I haven't gotten an email confirming the cancellation nor my refund. Now, today 8/27/2011, I get another UNAUTHORIZED charge, again, from STUBLTD.COM. I checked my account today and saw a pending 39.95 charge on my account from STUBLTD.COM. I have been trying to contact them and no one is answering the phones.
