Someone from this number calls my mother's phone daily. There is background noise- it sounds like either a call center or a bar; seriously, there is so much noise you can't make anything out.
It sounds like the caller is asking for my mother. When I tell them that I can't hear them, they say something sarcastic, but again- it's so noisy I can't tell what they want. I tell them to stop phoning and hang up.
When I try to call back, the number is 'disconnected'.
It's harassment and I'd like to see that it stops.
Will report to authorities.
