Prestige Gold Buyers was supposed to be a reputable company.
On May 18th 2011 I signed up for a package through Inbox Dollars.
I received the package and promptly filled out the information, put my gold in the bag supplied and mailed it back.
I have contacted John at customer support to be told that Prestige Gold was not expecting such a huge turnout from Inbox Dollars.
My information was on file and received, and he would get someone to email me promptly. 3 times I have spoken to John and 3 times I have been told someone would contact me.
I contacted them for a 4th time on the 08-19-2011 and was told by Tim, that there was nothing he could do except get the main company or accounts (Danielle) to contact me via email. They were not at the same location as the company!!
Still no contact from the main company!
This company took my gold and I have nothing in return. I sent in just over an ounce in gold and at $1750.00 an ounce today, this is a huge theft/scam.
Be careful of this scam company. They are thieves!!!
