Bought some gold for a game about 2 hours ago. There is no live support on the website, though it says I can visit it 24/7. There is no way that I see that I can contact any customer support, but they still charged my card.

I just realized the same thing upon ordering. no live support and no way to contact them. and they charged my card.
just wondering if u ever resolved this issue, bc im about to call my credit card company too. -
