purchased two deals one for e-cigarette kit ($29) and one for extra filters ($10) which were to be mailed within 2-3 weeks. Tried to contact kijiji middle of Aug to ask where my order was and was referred to kijiji daily deals
Sent request for info and received automated response that my issue was being investigated. Sent another email two weeks later and got another auto response with same answer. Still have not received product and no answer from kijiji daily deals. Just sent them another email to inform them that if I have not got some answer from them by Monday AM, I will be contacting the online fraud division of the Ont. Prov. Police to request and investigation, and Visa to request help, and will be telling my story to anyone who will listen on Facebook and Youtube, and any place I can think of. Perhaps they need more negative attention. phaser703

I am in the same boat as you! Spent $49 on 2 kits and 2 refills to help my husband quit smoking and never got my purchases! paid for it in the beginning of Sept. and after 4 weeks emailed them (it was supposed to take 3 weeks) A week later they got back to me and said it was already shipped and delivered. (felt accused) But they said they would "honor my claim and send another one tomorrow. 2 1/2 weeks later I emailed again requesting a tracking number. no response, so I kept resending that email until they sent me a phone number. They sent me the # to the American IT College (647-477-7052)
So I tried the number on my mastercard statement which brings you to ebay!(416-961-1970) but they DO NOT deal with customers over the phone- only online. I finally gave up and told mastercard that I made a purchase but did not receive my items> They reimbursed me and it is now something that they are looking into. What a load off- but I am so Angry because I really wanted the items for my husband. STICK TO GROUPON! STAY AWAY FROM KIJIJI DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!! -
