Purchased a 2 night getaway, paid specifically for the weekend option NOT Sun-Thurs. There was a weekday option. I bought it a few weeks ago, I have 2 more months to use it. Called to make a reservation for any weekend in Sept or Oct. They are totally SOLD OUT.

A weekday never was an option, it's over a 3 hr drive. Hotel told me I'd have to call Living Social, not his problem nothing he can do (www.bigmooseinn.com). LS said it was past my 30 day purchase date, even though I have another 2 months to use it there is nothing they will do for me. I was offered a VERY downgraded room with 2 twin beds. I paid for a king, lakefront view. It's NOT the same, nor do I want to sleep in a twin bed without my partner. Sort of takes away the romantic weekend idea.

Needless to say I am very upset and frustrated. I am a regular customer, and have made many purchases from LS. They don't care, there is no customer loyalty or service. I was told that it's my fault for not booking this the day that I made the purchase. I don't think many people know there vacation schedule 3 months out. It's not up to them to manage my schedule.

They are overselling products/services. The old "bait and switch". I will not buy from them again, and I hope this makes an impact on others. I have read MANY similar complaints on various websites about Living Social. This has to stop. It's not honest, and I am making it my mission in life to spread the word as many places as I can.
