I was scammed out of $60. They said if I just send $2.69 for shipping and handling, they would send me a free dvd on grant assistance. I haven't recieved ANYTHING and NOW there is a an additional $57.93 taken from my account. NOT TO MENTION the $1.16 foreign bank charge I'm being charged by my bank because THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT IN THE UNITED STATES. Now, I'm broke until my next payday. I submitted a fraud report. NOT TO MENTION, I'm the wrong person to do this to. I'm going to the Channel 6 News tomorrow morning.
