I applied on line for a mortgage. However, I was not able to print the documents required. The next day, the assigned loan processor, Mathew Schwartz,sent e-mail to request my personal financial information. I called to ask for documents to be sent via e-mail. He said my loan was declined due to "owner occupied" issue and did not offer any options (I could have been advised to choose investment property, but he simply declined my mortgage - I have excellent credit). It was fine, but the company went ahead and charged me for the credit report. I do not mind paying the bill, but I do mind that my credit report will drop a couple of points. I do not think their process is correct. Please help to warn them for the misconduct. Thank you much!
