my ederly mother's phone service is not working. Trying to call you is a joke, don't have 45 minutes to be put on hold for nothing. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Not only is she not able to have communication means due to your inability to provide a reliable service you and your representatives of this careless company are making her wait for five days until you get around to it. I will be sure to communicate your insensitive nature when dealing with your customers.
