Well they billed my account double and I'm not even finished with the free trial.I need to find the phone number yet to called and see if they will refund my money. Now that I see here that there have been 247 different complaints, I am more concerned. Natural Cleanse

- Cancel quick. I called to cancel right away due to vacation. The rep wanted to extend. While packing and trying to get out the door, the rep tried talking me into extending the trial. I thought she said until the 14th which is today, but it was 14 days. They will stand behind their reps 110% and will not refund money. This company is a scam and people should stay far away. I spoke to a rep that barely spoke english, then sent to the Escalation Dept. This Supervisor got upset I didn't want to talk to him anymore and got a Manager, Justin, who made sure to tell me he is very good at what he does. There is no customer service with this company. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. He then said if I go and dispute this with my bank that I will be in trouble for fraud. So apparently he is an attorney as well.

- I am actually a Wells Fargo employee, and we see complaints like this all the time, the issue is that these are what we call buyer beware programs meaning you purchase the product at your own risk, when we review disputes these disputes are usually found invalid because their terms are clearly listed on the sites, specifically with this company, I actually had a customer who claimed fraud on one of these charges and yes it is filing a false or fraudulent claim, which in turn yes is against the law. Also I would definitely advise you to remove the managers name from this post, certain states have varying laws of slander. Next time just look at the terms like most people say they do but dont, usually everything is fine.
