I have just found out completesavings.co.uk have been taking £11.25 a month out of my account since march!
I contacted my bank and they have canceled they payment. I was then put on to the fraud department who will retrieve the payment.
The fraud department informed me they are aware of this company and how they scam your information when you book tickets/hotels.
In my case is was when I booked a premier inn room and was offered 10% off my next booking. I did not fill out any additional forms and It does not say it will charge you monthly.
The number you need to ring to get your money back is 0800 389 6960. They guy I spoke to said they would only refund 3 payments until I said that it was natwest who gave me this number and are aware of them. I have now been sent a email to fill in and send off to get the rest of my money back.
