i ordered online a pair of sunglasses from the website sheinterest.com. they sent me the pair of sunglasses which i didn't order. now to exchange thta they are asking me another 35$ and the return postage to china from australia. i am trying to chat with them since last 10 days but they are not ready to do anything and to change the sunglasses is costing me 90$. they admit that its their fault but they want me to bear the cost of this fault.
please help me if you can in any way.
i have been badly ripped of and mentally tortured.

  • Im sorry you have had this unfortunate experience. I've been watching this lot for a while. They seem to close and reopen their website every few months. A few months back they were Lovey-Us.com - this site disappeared, and sure enough a few days later they were advertising on Facebook as SheInterest.com. There are tell-tale signs to indicate their website is not authentic. I can't really help you, but I do sympathise with you and I sincerely hope that you get a good outcome. Kindest regards, Carolyn.

  • Oh my....!!! i wanted to buy a wallet today. and I realize that the item will be fake.it's clear if we look at the price.but I couldn't pay with my Visa.So, the said to pay via western union. hmmm...very dangerous. but I'm crazyyy about that wallet!

  • so I've followed the above site www.lovey-us.com posted by carolyn. I sent them an e-mail and asked what kinds of products they sell. They replied back and said to check out www.chic-spot.com, which I did and it's a replica of sheinterest.com just a little modified!!! As for items being authentic or not, it's been 3 weeks since i've put in my order and i still haven't received anything yet. I wonder if I report them to VISA if that would make a difference. it's been non stop e-mails and waiting and more e-mails and more waiting. Their going rate for answering e-mails is about 2-3 days. So we'll see what will happen now. wish me luck.

  • Hi to sweetcristiq and mozza. Good luck to both of you. I was sooooo tempted to purchase a Prada bag, but resisted the temptation. Mozza, if it doesnt work out, I really hope you get your money back. I even emailed Louis Vuitton and told them what these folk are doing, but they haven't replied. I emailed the she-interest site to ask if their items were authentic, and sure enough the emailed back after a while and advised that they were. I think I received a reply in about a week, but I hadn't purchased anything. I honestly dont think their stuff is authentic. But after I saw a woman with a beautiful Louis V bag (she told me she purchased it from Singapore and yes it was a fake) I was really tempted. I get a lot of my stuff from Modnique.com. It is a fantastic site from the US. The shipping to Australia where I am is $4.99 if you order over $90. I've got a lot of stuff from them and they are my most favourite site. They have authentic pre-loved Louis Vuitton, Chanel stuff regularly. The site is a 'if you dont love it, send it back' site. Good luck Mozza.

  • girls, I finally ordered my wallet LV. It's soooo beautiful! I have no idea if it's fake or not.(even if I think for myself that this is a fake) it is so cool!!! It really looks as a real LV. The sewing is of good quality.Of coure, I wouldn't take a bigger risk, for ex. buying a bag that is 250$. The wallet was 94$.
    Conclusion... who doesn't take the risk, doesn't drink champagne! :)

  • I ordered two bags from them, and have waited for more than two weeks. I still haven't received nothing from them. When I asked the online staff, they told me the products are out of stock. I asked refund, they want me exchange to other products. I refused them. However, they told me if I want refund, I will loss the 10% money for processing fee. It's totally unfair and unreasonable. I have years online shopping experiences, and never met the case like this before. They ask the customer to take the risk and pay for their mistake. Very very bad service!!Never shopping with them again.

  • @ Shan, have you tried contacting visa to try to get ur money back???so after I e-mailed them threatening to contact visa and report them as a fraud if they don't refund my full amount, they quickly emailed back saying 'your order has arrived in customs and u should receive it anytime' but I think I will be contacting visa anyways!

  • I have finally received my purse, and it is soooooo FAKE. those (Inappropriate Content Removed), i am so (Inappropriate Content Removed)off. They could've been more subtle about it. First off, the handles are on backwards, the inside lining is beige with a closure zipper (the orginal has black lining no zipper closure and an inner dividing pocket with a zipper}. Then the detailing on the reverse of the purse is completely off, emblem is missing, finishing is horrible. But I must say they got the dust bag right on with the emblem and all. So I had initially called Visa and reported a fraud cause when I didn't receive the bag after 3 weeks. They REFUNDED THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY. so for all you out there, call Visa and get your money back!!!! then I literally received the bag the next day; i called back Visa and told them that I received a FAKE and the website claims all their items are authentic. They said that's fine, the money has been refunded and the website has up to 45 days to dispute the refund. I can either wait to see if they do dispute or return the purse. I got an e-mail from sheinterest.com claiming that I dishonoured??? not sure what that means, so I'm waiting for an explanation! Lesson learned, never ordering authentic expensive items online again.

  • and oh yeah i forgot, I initially was supposed to be charged $287 CDN, and when I called Visa they said the charge is $303 CDN. So they charge different amounts than what's on the website. If anyone dishonoured, IT"S THEM!!!

  • To Mozza & Shan!!!! OMG What a complete bummer. Again, I just feel so bad for you both. I wonder what Visa will do. No doubt we may see the website disappear and reappear as Fake-Us.com. Good luck to you both, and if I ever win the lottery, I'll buy you both a real designer bag on my shopping trip to Europe. Good luck.
