This company calls my private business phone all of the time i have had them palce my number on do not call list twice now. i let them waste two more hours of time. I have never had an account with dish network nor do i want to ever deal with them based upon what i have been experencing. On top of nothing being resolvied and spending the majority of two hrs on hold. . . i found Mario C, "customer ID xcf" to be anything but helpful. I asked twice to to be transferd to a manager or some one higher then him in the company. His reply was your speaking to a executive officer, only after i asked for his name and id # did he say he would transfer me to some one above him. I was then transferd to the original main automated menu. I just want them to please stop harassing me, how do i get the calls to stop, do the owe for my time they've wasted?
