Heist Investments John Tesco, sold me a very illiquid investment that was supposed to be maturing with high return in 5 or 6 years. In fact there seems to be no way to sell out of this investment and maybe Heist Investments will help you resell it if they feel enough pressure. I have already complained to MAS here in Singapore about this landbanking scam but the MAS just says buyer beware and that it is not authorized investment. I looked around the net and see John Tesco Heist Investments is being also sold in Tokyo Japan or maybe all over Japan to Japanese investors who have no idea what they are buying. The FSA in Japan has no knowledge of this company as the products are not registered for sale there and are being illegally offered and being solicited for sale without regulatory approvals same as in Singapore. Nowhere is this product registered for sale and people are being missold on the basis they can buy in and sell at anytime when they cannot..

On my recent trip to where this land is the site is miles away from any development and may take 50 years to actually be sold.
