I also received a bottle of Colo-Klenz on July 18,2012. My package came from Wellness Partners in Provo, Ut. also. When I looked it up on line - the site said they were not the ones sending this out & to call 678 224-5981. I called that number immediately & talked to Matt who immediately told me I would receive a refund - only got my name & address & said I received it because of other diet drops being discontinued. I explained to him I had not taken or ordered any diet drops & did not order the Colo-Klenz. He still assured me I would receive a check refund in apprx. 7 business days. Of course, I never received it & called every few days for over a month. The last time I was able to get a hold of anyone - I talked to Nate who told me the company was setting up a new system & they did not know when it would be up - he would not give me any kind of time line & just told me to call back. The next time I called I received a recording telling me the office was closed & I have not been able to get through since. The last time I talked to someone was on 8-16. My debit card was debited the $99.90 without authorization or any kind of notification from this company. My bank cancelled my debit card & sent me a new one. I was amazed this company could do this. I have never received any money back & do not expect to. The company that was listed on my bank statement was Dillard & Yagen Enterprise Inc. The number that I was talking to said they were only a call center & did not have access to any records.
