I ordered a Sony Bravia KDL46EX720 46-Inch 1080p 3D LED HDTV, Black from the website an 8/23/12. I requested a tracking number via email the next day. Someone replied asking me to please be patient and that they guaranteed delivery in 5-7 days. I gave them 7 days and then have emailed them back multiple times with no reply.
