i bid on zingar for a mobile phone 6 weeks later i noticed they had taken £59 oput of my account .ithen phoned my bank and they informed me that ziingar had taken £59 out the mth before i then phoned ziingar who asked me for £35 to cancil and they would refund me £59 and it would be paid into my bank in 10 days the 10 days are up and no money i phoned them today and was told no refund but the £35 was to cancil my account Barstards how do i get my money back
