I bought an andeoid tablet for my daughter last year xmas present on line from Sears, but it was shipped from electronic view dealez. When my daughter opened the gift, it did not worked, so Itook the tablet into a Sears and explained that it didnot work and qas informed by the saleman that I must notify the shipper and which I did with no success, so I called Sears customer and was informed that I could send the tablet back and may sure I send it back certified mail , which I did and it has been over 8months and I have not heard one word from them, everytime you called, it goes into the voicemail. Could you please look into this matter for me.
