On June 13,2012, I paid $39.00 for a voucher to have my carpets cleaned by Steam Carpet Cleaning MD. The voucher which DealFind sent me is #8215-7701. My checking account was debited the above amount promptly. I called the Steam Clean number provided on the voucher and left messages with my 'phone number on July 20, 21, 23, 24, and August 8. I never received a call back so I e-mailed DealFind several times and they asked for all pertinent information which I provided THREE TIMES. I then called DealFind's 'phone number to again be sent to voice messaging and, again, have received no reply. The Steam Carpet Cleaning's telephone number has now been disconnected. Bottom line, DealFind has scamed me out of $39.00 and I cannot get anyone at Dealfind to even e-mail or call me back despite my many efforts to get this matter resolved. Hope you can help me at least get my money back. My next letter will be to the Attorney General Consumer Affairs for Massachusetts. Barbara

My experience is that whenever you buy a Dealfind voucher, please call the service provider first and make sure they are on. I had the same experience with the merchants. After buying your voucher, please redeem it as early as possible.We never know the merchants may go out of business.
