As I neither know details of the disputed transaction nor any other information on it, please note that the calculated balance given above is my authentic balance and nothing spurious as contained in your current bill. Please also noted that the PC Richard & Son store in Bayside where the alleged transaction purportedly took place is not known to me and I have never been there. I will withhold further payment on this account until I hear from you.
