I called T-mobile 5 times before ending my service with them to make sure I did not have a contract. They told me each time that I did not and had not for years. I told them to take whatever I owed up to July 4th from my checking account, which they did. I was unable to gain different service until around the 28th of July. I was and am happy to pay the $67.00 I owe, but not a cancellation fee for a contract I never signed or agreed to. If they look at this so called contract they will notice they did not give me the 15 dollar discount that was supposed to accompany the contract as I was told about by a T-mobile agent. She agreed that I did not have a contract with T-mobile but was unable to do anything about it. I do not have a contract with them and do not owe them a cacellation fee of around $320. My name is Rachel Patzer and my mobile number is (Personal Information Removed). You can also reach me at (Personal Information Removed).
