Bulluck's Heating & Air Company took my money and never fixed my A/C Unit

To whom ever it may concern,Herman Bulluck owner of Bulluck's Heating&Air 7356 Garner's Ferry Rd. Suite 129,Columbia SC 29209 803-695-8888.On 6/19/12 Herman Bulluck was paid before the work was done on A/C unit.My name is Vivian Farrar,I reside at 120 Miranda Rd. West Columbia 29179.Herman Bulluck was referred to me by my daughter Barbara Duncan.Since my daughter referred him, I thought it would OK to pay him advance.IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!He would say he coming to my house to fix the a/c unit and he would never show up.He didn't call to let me know he wasn't coming.This happen month after month.I would call the office and they said he would come and he didn't.He can out about 3 times. I'm a elderly person,I suffer with high blood pressure,diabetes and health problems. Bulluck's Heating&AIR has caused me a lot pain and suffering.When Herman Bulluck on 8/10/12 he requested $506.00,8/17/12 $495.00.He been paid in full.Herman Bulluck informed me that my lights would have to be off 2 days before he could fix everything.AT THIS POINT I KNEW HE WAS NEVER GOING TO FIX MY A/C UNIT.I CALLED HIM TIME AFTER REQUESTING A FULL REFUND.HE SAID,HE GOING BRING MONDAY TWO WEEKS AGO AND NEVER SHOWED.I WENT TO MAGISTRATE'S COURT ON 8/28/12.THEY CHARGED ME 80.00 TO FILE THE COURT PAPER.I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP URGENT MATTER..PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ME Mrs.Vivan Farrar (Personal Information Removed)
